1. إدارة الوحدة النسائية والشؤون الإدارية والوظيفية وتطوير الكوادر حسب ما يتطلبه العمل
2. إعداد وتخطيط وتطوير ميزانية الوحدة السنوية لضمان سلاسة العمل بما يتوافق مع سياسة الإدارة العامة.
3. فهم سياسة و اجراءات الأعمال وكيفية تطبيقها على الأنظمة وإعداد السياسات والاجراءات والنماذج المرتبطة بها ، بالإضافة إلى عمل دراسات الجدوى لتطويرها ورفع التوصيات الخاصة بذلك.
4. الإشراف على دراسة وتحليل احتياجات المستخدمين للأنظمة ورفع التوصيات الخاصة بالتطوير بما يتناسب مع استراتيجية العمل.
5. ضمان سلاسة العمليات اليومية للأنظمة وإعداد تقارير دورية لدراسة النتائج ومعالجة نقاط القصور أو رفع توصيات بالتعديلات على النحو المطلوب.
6. الاشراف المباشر على برامج التأهيل والتدريب لمستخدمي البرامج وإعداد دليل الاستخدام لكل برنامج.
7. إعداد ملف الوحدة الشامل والذي يتضمن إحداها السياسات والاجراءات للوحدة.
8. التنسيق مع الوحدات الداخلية للإعداد والتجهيز للمشاريع ومراحل تنفيذها وفقاً لمعايير إدارة المشاريع الدولية PMI.
9. رفع التقارير الخاصة بمراحل الإنجاز والانحرافات في المشاريع إن وجد
10. إعداد التقرير الربع سنوي الخاص بإنجازات الادارة

- Continue running optimize operational systems of the company's technical departments and the level of competences and follow-up of complying with updates and maintenance programs.
