- Responsible for maintaining, updating and innovating content for the company’s websites.
- Manage Spinneys online shopping website, mobile application and Whatsapp delivery service and contribute in implementing new features for the e-commerce business.
- Run e-commerce website and continually update the page to include new offers and product descriptions.
- Generate the monthly performance reports of the online shopping business and planning actions accordingly.
- Coordinate with external parties in order to maintain and develop the websites of the company such as web developers, graphic designs, advertising agencies, pr companies.
- Liaise with all departments regarding their website requirements.
- Enhance the company’s profile presence on search engines.
- Analyze websites statistics and traffic reports and working on enhancement plans.
- Create, manage and grow brand presence across social media channels.
- Clearly strategize, develop & drive social media efforts, including content strategies, communication campaigns & community engagement across all digital platforms on short and long-term basis.
- Develop, present and implement ongoing strategic planning to engage with followers on a daily basis in order to creatively and proactively engage consumers, influencers and advocates across social media platforms.
- Develop ways to capture, analyze and act upon data to increase effectiveness of the social media campaigns.
- Place ads and sponsor updates on various online platforms in a strategic manner.
- Manage online budget and optimize campaigns on a daily basis.
- Produce monthly analytics reports that connect social media activity to impact and the growth of the community while translating qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media strategy.
Responsible to:
- Act as the link between the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Arrange and attend meetings and report on key decisions.
Responsible to:
- Implement, monitor and track the marketing planning.
- Manage between the designs and the production of the creative materials; in order to ensure that the campaigns go out correctly, the materials arrive successfully and on time.
- Arrange for the printing (flyers, brochures, tablemats …) by getting quotations from suppliers, maintaining constant follow up with them and meeting deadlines.
