• Generate the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for Sudani and Sudatel Group (summaries) and analyze the overall performance of the business, and propose means to enhance the business
• Define and design trackers, metrics, and dashboards to measure business performance.
• Work with the finance team to coordinate the preparation of group performance reports based on financial statements reports.
• Analyze and identify the business key’s strengths, weaknesses, and areas of optimization along with the concerned parties taking into account the competitive landscape.
• Analysis report of performance benchmarking against the competitive/international market.
• Spotting out the risks of dependencies/and how relevant the KPIs and objectives are, and the
• impacts.
• Interpretation of the overall performance trends, to predict deviation against the strategy, business plan, and budget.
• Responsible for the security, Confidentiality & Integrity, of all information assets within responsibilities by the company’s Information Security Policies.
