● Establish and build proactive, long term relationships with ultra high net
worth clients and attract new clients
● Understand clients’ individual needs and product recommendations of
investment instruments to grow wealth and achieve financial goals
● Support head of wealth management (Abu Dhabi) for supervision of service
officers in providing red carpet services to esteemed affluent clients
● Demonstrate retention of an existing portfolio of clients
● Provide clients with all the updated market information to ensure
investment activities are appropriate
● Develop and manage client relationships in an efficient, ethical and
compliant manner which will lead to high levels of client satisfaction and
enhance the brand and reputation of the bank
● Handling a mid-size portfolio of HNWI and UHNWI clientele with a mix
of Assets/Liabilities and investment portfolios
● Providing financial counseling/specialist advice to valuable Elite/HNWI
clients across products specializing in Investments/Bancassurance advisory,
mortgage lending, Discretionary lending - against Shares/Real estate/
Construction financing and Leverages against investment products
● Regular review of self-managed portfolio to ensure portfolio health and
ensure interim-annual reviews are done in a timely manner
● Ensure that the business is followed as per the laid down procedures and
guidelines and due diligence (KYC implementation) is carried out with
respect to AML and other regulatory requirements.
● Ensure client risk profiling is done with enhanced due diligence as per laid
down guidelines by NBAD Global Asset Management Division
● Build and deepen relationships with existing portfolio customers
● Assessment of the quality, potential and profitability of new relationships as
well as existing portfolio
● Ensure that the global service standards of premium banking are maintained
to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and high retention rates
● Ensure portfolio coverage in a 45 day cycle in terms of face to face contact
management
