1. Scheduling daily maintenance and repairs.
2. Projecting mobile plant preventive maintenance schedules.
3. Generate work requests, open job cards, raise
material requests through ERP application.
4. Coordinate workshop budget, control stock/inventory, source and order parts.
5. Actively participate in mechanical repairs and the maintenance of mobile plants.
6. Supervise the workshop team in absence of Maintenance Manager.
7. Inspect and report on completed maintenance tasks.
8. Keep accurate daily work records and reporting any issues including major repairs or equipment replacement to the Maintenance Manager.
9. Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

My responsibilities includes:-
• Transport Planning in order to achieve daily delivery programme & satisfy customer needs.
• To generate & check all delivery tickets for the correct information before the vehicle departs.
• To ensure proper delivery of required material & communicate with vendor on time.
• To communicate & proper solution to customer against enquiry in terms of quality & payment details.
• Proper filing & record of customer delivery & financial matter.
• Execute Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities.
My responsibilities includes:-
• Liaising with the delivery manager to ensure a smooth running of both departments.
• Developing guest relationships and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Managing company and vendor fleets for staff pick drop and Guests.
• Ensured all drivers can legally drive a vehicle and vehicles maintenance checks.
