New Refinery Project, Al-Zour (KNPC Project) Package #1, Main Process Unit (From 15th July, 2016 to present) with TSH Joint Venture for Temporary Construction Facilities (On-Site & Off- Site) such as Office buildings, Big Warehouses, Earthen & Asphalt road, bund wall & fencing work; where the responsibilities involve:
•Monitoring and Administering the QA/QC plan or program and ensuring incorporated materials on the construction projects are in compliance with the plans & specifications.
•Assuring the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
•Assuring the acceptance quality of the materials, processes and workmanship in the project.
•Assisting QA/QC Engineer such as a steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
•Daily Inspection Report writing.
•Preparing & submitting the necessary documents such as Report for Inspection (RFI), Material Receiving Inspection Report (MRIR) etc.
•Following up the concreting works in a presence of the client QC Inspector or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
•Involving in Asphalt road Construction as well as monitoring the Quality of construction materials, temperature reading during the Asphalt placing time.
•Monitoring the Field Density Test (FDT) for soil compaction.
•Preparing the punch list for the Final Inspection.
•Maintain standards of KNPC, HSE management system requirements.
Clean Fuel Project, KNPC Project, Kuwait
2012 for Bunia - Fataki (78 km) Road Construction Project such as earth excavation & back filling, retaining wall construction, side drainage, cross drainage ( pipe culvert, slab culvert, bridge), gravelling and Asphalt Construction etc.; where the role and responsibilities involve;
•Implement the QA/QC Management System.
•Elaborating Inspection and Test Plan.
•Daily Inspection Report writing.
•Assisting the QA/QC Engineer for Field Inspection as well as material Inspection.
•Involving in Field Density Test, Fresh Concrete Test such as slump test, sample preparation for Compressive Strength Test etc.
•Inspection of Construction material as per specification standard.
•Document Preparation for Inspection and keeping record properly.
•Proper Co-ordination with Laboratory for Test Report.
•Elaborating the Construction team in terms of Quality construction.
•Assisting the QA/QC Engineer for Preparation of Final Quality Dossier.
where the role and responsibilities involve:
•Inspection and Report writing of daily activities.
•Assuring the Quality of Construction materials such as bricks, cement, sand, aggregates, reinforcement bars etc. as per Quality mentioned in the contract.
•Inspection of Construction activities as per standard design, drawings and specification.
•Quality controlling in the finishing works such as plaster, painting, marbles & tilling works etc.
•Assist the QA/QC Engineer for inspection of site and materials.
•Assist the Construction Engineers in terms of Quality management system (QMS).
•Keeping the Records of the Lab and Field test reports of materials.
•Suggesting the Construction team accordance approved design, drawing and specification.
