o Launched and structured the master program section (employee recruitment, organization and task management), harmonisation of procedures between programs, planning of more than 7 masters programs.
o In charge of administrative tasks for all master students, including information and enrolment, program planning, graduation.
o Management of business trip for visiting faculties and professionals: over 170 lecturers per year across 7 different curriculums
o Responsible of the annual budget for all the master programs.
o Launching of new programs in partnership with two French universities in Paris (Paris Sorbonne for Humanities programs and Paris Descartes for law and economics programs), Ecole du Louvre and CELSA. Increasing the number of students (130+ in two years).
o Dealing with high level executives from civilian and military authorities (ministers, members of parliament, ambassadors, generals, officers, senior executives, …).
o Organization of conferences, round tables, symposium for over 400 guests ….
o Planning of business trip for 120 people in France and abroad for one week.
o Direct management of a team of 10 executives and functional management of 150 soldiers.
o Development of an annual plan meeting headquarter’s objectives (military training, operational preparation, control).
o Responsible of an annual budget (travel expenses, fuel, training and equipment expenses).
o Head of the annual recruitment plan in accordance with the budget, technical specialities, training and operational needs; follow-up of personal education, annual evaluation of people and career monitoring (30+ specialities).
o In charge of the implementation of the communication system for a brigade headquarters (TD, radio net…) and the needed support (power electricity, safety and security, logistic, food, transportation...).
o Responsible for the security of communication systems, crypto and classified documents (Habilitation Secret Défense) - crypto officer training.

• Saint Cyr - 3 years curriculum (1998) - Military academy for French army officers (Equivalence with master program)
