Serve as first level support provider for issues arising from the use of the bank’s Corporate Alternate Channels
•Design, Prepare and Consolidate various performance reports of the units in the division thereby serving as a one-stop information center for the divisional head and also the various units
•Carry out market analysis to benchmark the bank’s electronic channels, import and export trade products’ performance against the entire industry.
•Monitor monthly Opex utilization against defined targets

•Serve as the liaison between the division and Finance in Budget and other matters.

•Prepared tailored presentations of Alternate Channels product offerings to suit the unique and complex needs of various customers
•Engaged the branch network on Alternate Channels product by consistently sharing utilization and enrollment reports in order to ensure Account officers keep selling the products achieving 19, 000 new enrollments in 2012 compared to less than 3, 00 in 2010
•Ensured transaction commissions was correctly reported across all channels by ensuring required income accounts are opened and mapped correctly and also educating necessary support staff.
•Monitored Alternate Channel performance and benchmarked same with industry to enable the unit determine peers in the industry and conduct further research on their offerings in a bid to better position our products to suit customer needs.
•Liaised with service providers, IT, Brand Marketing on projects involving Alternate Channels products to ensure all needs are properly communicated and requirements are met at every phase of the project.
