• Drive business growth through aggressive business development initiatives that result in increased revenue growth.
• Conduct regular market research to review, analyze and report on competitor activities and changing consumer behaviour requirements and general industry trends.
• Work closely with the compliance and operations unit of the company to ensure adherence to the policies and processes.
• Prepare monthly business plan with update forecast and conduct monthly variance analysis.
• Manage Portfolio of High Net Individual Clients with annual targets.
• Responsible for marketing of all Retail Banking Products / Investment Banking Products- Mutual Funds/ Structured Notes/ Bond Funds / Hedge Funds/ Offshore Banking ), Deposit Products ( Savings Accounts, Current Accounts and Time Deposits), Insurance Products (Unit Linked Plans) and Mortgages.
• Analyzing & providing relevant feedbacks on competitor products and services to Head of Wealth Management for providing tailor made solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments and divisions in managing the customer's relationship with the Bank.
• Develop and implement an effective plan for sourcing new business prospects and developing new customer relationships
Tracking of consular revenues for fees paid by bank transfer, including preparations of reports.
Undertook all other consular roles related to the welfare of Kazakh people as outlined in the consular manual
