MY ROLE AS A Senior HR-EXECUTIVE
Payroll Salary Processing:
• Taking Care of Complete Employee Data Base
• Monitoring attendance, leave record on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Fair knowledge in ESI & PF acts for claiming benefits.
• To prepare the Monthly Workers Salary
• Monitoring Relieving Procedures and Settlements & General administration-related work
• Maintaining the Contract Employees details
• Update employee personal records.
Recruitment:
• Responsible for the joining formalities of the new employees
• Responsible for checking all references to verify eligibility of qualified candidates
• Responsible for identifying recruitment sources and maintaining contact with eligible candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Appraisal and Work flow administration
• To Concern the colleges Heads for Candidates, Requirement of Company.
• Issuing the Offer Letter and explain the salary details
Office Management:
• Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters.
• Branch Expense Report Preparation on weekly and monthly basis as per finance norms.
• Making Hotel/ Travel / Taxi Bookings, Guest house upkeep, Ticket Booking (Train/Air) Through Agent.
• Keeping records of Visiting Cards, Printing of Stationary Handling ID Cards
• Opening the bank accounts for newly joined employees
• Preparing of inter office memos
Vendor Management:
• Registration for Thailand persons in India.
• Make documents for registration of Foreign people
• To prepare the daily plan for foreign people
Payroll Management, Handling Administration issues, Facility management. Statutory Compliance.
My highest Qualification is Master of business administration completed in 2011. with 69% In MY MBA i was done two project on Training and development and employee engagement. we are visited more than five industries in my post graduation for identification of manufacturing process and Administration.
