Scope was the manufacture of prototypes designed by Development and Research during that time STEROM made only oilfield equipment and the prototypes had to cover the pumps, Christmas Trees, all the valves, API6D, API 600, API 6A, drilling tools, deep instrumentation tools, power tongs, etc.
Supervise the necessary documents for design proofing.

Supervised team of 40 people.
Scope was manufacturing in heat treatment and lathe machines area.
