• Promote the image and the name of the store among local and international travel agencies, tour operators and individual tourists.

• Identify, interview and document 15 cases, providing a detailed description of the case and the process of seeking health care services, and alternative strategies of the patient.
• Conduct a preliminary analysis of the findings.
