*Propose appropriate cutting tools/parameters/machining strategies and implementing them with the purpose of
reducing costs, time and improving quality.

*Ensuring proper and clear communication across multi-national, and multi-discipline team

Being part of Research and Development team, developing creative solutions that adds a value to the business, while ensuring a clear communication across teams on both technical and non-technical level
