-Verify overtime vouchers with the attendance system and forward for further approval
-Coordinate closely with the HR team for all employee documentation and any discrepancies with relation to employee records
-Update the payroll system with employee bank information prior salary processing
-Prepare the monthly payroll within the cutoff date and arrange for bank advices to be signed and submitted to the bank prior the last day of each month
-Prepare all the payroll reports and Journal vouchers per the standards
-Keep updated with HR policies and labor hours
-Proceed all the social security issues
-Prepare the salaries certificate at the end of the year
-Checking the salaries due to the salaries scale
