• Performing a range of work including market research, customer segmentation, product analytics and competitive research
• Researching information for marketing team and other departments
• Gathering and evaluating relevant market and competitor information to review market position and determine threats
• Gathering, assembling and analyzing data from external and internal sources to generate defined market intelligence reports, supporting in developing recommendations as part of strategies deployed by marketing and other departments
• Researching specific markets and channels to assess business potential
• Providing reports on market findings and making recommendations for marketing plans
• Delivering business intelligence reports to decision makers on a regular basis
• Leveraging Google Analytics reporting tools to analyze and report on site visitor/customer activities and identifying areas for improvement

• Ensuring Client Relationship Management Database up to date and full of active targets
• Creating a comprehensive database of relevant contacts through cold calling and other techniques
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Performing primary and/or secondary market research to achieve Sales targets
• Researching and analyzing market conditions to determine potential sales of products
• Performing analysis in the areas of product preferences, market size and opportunity, marketing practices and trends, and preparing forecasts and recommendations
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data on past sales to forecast future trends
• Supporting Business Development activities where necessary
• Having an active role in the development and branding of new solutions
• Having an active role in online and social media marketing
• Maintaining satisfaction records and constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service
• Providing effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries
• Assisting management and team manger with any assigned special projects
• Assisting in improving and monitoring procedures and processes to ensure the cost-effective and the most efficient service
• Training in Cash On Delivery to maintain and execute reports
• Carry out other tasks as requested by management
• Maintaining customers focus on all times and respond promptly to customer enquiries (e-mails, phone and chat) using the standard guidelines
• Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution
• Ensure all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating issues if appropriate to supervisor
• Assisting management and team manger with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the team manager when required
• Assisting in improving and monitoring procedures and processes to ensure the cost-effective and the most efficient service
• Carry out other tasks as requested by management
• Responsible for the content, implementation and execution of career pages for media partners
• Responsible for all media dispatches such as Executive Career Newsletter, CV services etc.
• Manage day to day running of Bayt.com affiliate program
