Managing the Office of the Vice President - Academic Affairs, I serve as the point of contact for academic support staff, faculty, students, and parents. My position puts me in charge of communicating with stakeholders, often working autonomously in making decisions on complex issues. I engage with foreign delegations and consultants regarding visits to the college. I maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records. I excel at prioritizing and performing multiple tasks efficiently and diligently to ensure timely task and project success. I am able to delegate tasks with accurate and clear instructions to others coupled with availability for assistance. I am in charge of training and mentoring new team members and I am excellent in the areas of leadership, communication, and knowledge exchange. I am accountable for the Office of the Vice President - Academic Affairs's cash spending. I am considered a computer skills champion who serves as a point of reference for my colleagues as an expert user in systems.
