- Responsible & in charge of all the projects & daily operations on all channels: (MBC 1, MBC 2, MBC 3, MBC 4, MBC Drama, MBC Maser 1, MBC Maser 2, Action, Bollywood, Max) Along with the Radio stations (MBC FM & Panorama FM)
- Reporting each project status, progress, along with the team member’s performance.
- Working with resource manager/departments heads to acquire project team.
- Creating schedule & assign tasks to related project members.
- Working with team to make sure that project is on track, removing impediments, providing resources with data needed.
- Communicating to all project stakeholders on project progress, risks & collecting feedback.
- Managing deliverable & resource calendars reports.
- Coordinating with all the departments in Amman, Dubai, Egypt & Saudi offices till the launching of the projects & the daily operation tasks.
- Handling the commercial projects of the same channels mentioned.
- Testing the tasks before launching & to make sure it complies with the requirements requested.
- Creating a process for each project or task & come up with new advanced system that makes the cycle of the tasks much easier for each department.
- Continuous process and flows optimizations for projects& daily operations.
- Manage all the exhibitions & forums operations between Amman, Egypt & UAE.
- Come up with the concepts & finalizing them with the suppliers.
- Prepare and submit annual business plans and action plans.
- Plan exhibitions with attention to financial & time constraints.
- Collaborate with our resources of each project (developers, editors, photographers…etc).
- Work directly with the clients for refining and realize original ideas into finished programs.
- Re-brand & design the printed monthly Josour magazine for tourism & hospitality.
- Handle the social media accounts of Josour magazine.
- Design profiles & guidelines for each project/product.
- Design the ATL & BTL for all the projects, conferences & exhibitions.
- Finalize the designs for the press.
- Evaluate each event & submit reports.
- Designing the online magazines for the iPad & the android.
- Designing an Interactive effect.
- Supervising & training intern designers.
- Collaborate with the writers, editors & clients directly.
- QA. the whole design before & after the online uploading.
- Design both of the printed monthly magazines (OC & Magalitna).
- Design for the multimedia for Ain website.
- Supervise the team of Ain website to provide the ads & advertorials.
- Art Director of the photo shootings of each monthly release.
- Ensure all staff, equipments, studios/places & any other
relevant components of photo shooting are available with accurate instructions and directions.
- Come up with the concept & theme of each month release in order to apply it to all the sections of each magazine.
- Collaborate with the writers, editor, models, vendors & the press.
- Testing both magazines before & after printing.
Started as a graphic & web designer for international projects with huge clients as Samsung & couple of internal projects, forums & exhibitions but after couple of months I worked as a planner for the events, forums & the exhibitions:
- Come up with the unique concepts of each event & forum, finalize them with the suppliers in a presentable way which remarked the agency for years.
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Organize the forums with the speakers, vendors & attendees. for ex; Amandla Forum 2010, Al-Housh & Al Aroub.
- Design the ATL & BTL of the products that stands out, besides the client interactive presentation.
- Cover the events, forums & each exhibitions on social media, especially with the press release.
- Work closely with huge speakers as Thomas Gensemer & Paula Scher as their supervisor during their courses in the Amandla Forum
