Process automation - making sure that all tasks and projects are done on time through hacking and automation. It includes utilizing existing tools like Excel Pivot, Google Sheets, Excel Macro and Google Scripts to automate repetitive processes, and/or automatically send weekly/monthly reports via emails by writing script in Google Sheets. Through automation I was able to reduce time spent from 1 day to a 2-3 hours to have more time for new projects.
Hired to produce business reports, analyze data and provide business input utilizing Excel Pivot skills and covering 5 regions Middle East, Africa, Russia/CIS, Europe and Asia for Product Line Director. Developed and maintained standard and tailored reports for analytical scrutiny on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
1. Analytical duties:
Analyzed data, identified trends, conducted research, and prepared regular and special reports. Reports like Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis, Rental vs Sales Analysis, Repair and Cost Analysis.
Prepared monthly Scorecards for the Product Line Director and 5 Regions including Middle East, Africa, Europe, Russia/CIS, and Far East
Maintained Data Quality on a regualr basis to make sure its accuracy, completeness, relevance, reliability, and accessibility
Performed financial analysis for the product line like actuals vs planned, variance analysis, COGS and cost reduction analysis
2. Sales and Database Mgmt duties:
As an Inside Sales Rep dealt with clients from Russia/CIS to discuss Sales Quotation/Pricing/Discount
Created and generated monthly sales reports for Account Management team charged with producing annual revenues of $30M.
Created and generated Monthly Open Sales Orders Reports for $10M
Managed and updated JDE, Data Warehouse customer database of top 5 (Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Schlumberger and Weatherford) and over 10, 000 current and prospective clients.
Acted as point of contact on use of software tools and procedures (Oracle, JDE, HFM, Data Warehouse)
Checked for data accuracy of all data received from major clients before final deliverable release
