Under the supervision of Dr. Rasha Karaky, I
assisted masters students in the execution of
multiple techniques: cell seeding (cell density,
passages), cell freezing, MTT, western blot,
migration assay.

The internship was observational, I shadowed
masters and Phd students working on their
thesis and had the chance to witness the
execution of different techniques: cell
seeding, MTT, RNA extraction, gel
electrophoresis, western blot.
