• Working as Admin Assistant for Executive Director Record Management -QF Organization Development.
• Doing all clerical works, minutes of meeting, flow diagrams, making stationary request through ERP, CAFM request.
• Filling all the correspondence and documents in their respective files, documentation etc.
• Checking out the records whether it is properly documented, making move order request for cartridges through ERP and invoice control requests through ERP.
• Making ticket reservations and booking hotels request etc
Currently working as ADMINSTRATIVE ASST in SupportServices (QMDI) (23Dec2014-Present)
Answer calls, all clerical duties, petty cash, maintaining Good relationship with management and staff.
Conducting and scheduling for project meetings. Supporting the Support Officer both in admin related and maintaining the Fixed Assets of QMDI .
Weekly checking the fixed Assets both in Store and databases of QMDI.
Applying for Qatar Foundation ID tag and Vehicles access tag for employees and maintaining the data.
Making the data sheet for Mr Abdulaziz AL Kuwari-Acting Director of Sales nad Marketing.
Checking all the assets like Monitor and Laptops and Tagging the request for new ones.Applying for telephone request for new employees to IT support and changing display names if necessary.
Making Work completion Certificate Department Wise and sending to Finance Department.
Accepting the delivery requests from the employees regarding delivery of documents and invitations to various places.
Making appointmentss for Managers and noting the meeting time requests.
• Well versed in quoting to tenders to Qatar Petroleum, Rasgas, Maersk Oil clients and also UKAS Certification Updating status report.
• Coordination with in house Laboratory, External Calibration agencies and Licensors for high-end equipment service
• Overall sales coordination activities including customer relations, invoicing, follow up of delivery schedules, maintenance of customer database & equipment calibration records.
• Involved in the calibration certification testing Instruments like Fluke5500A, Beamex Pressure modules, Budenberg, and alsoHP agilent 3458A systems and also Temperature Calibrators Isotech Venus and Jupiter.
• Making of Work orders for the suppliers.
• Answers calls, gathers information and follow up. Set up minutes of meetings. Calendar Management, Making Quotations and Invoices.
• Review and verify satisfactory resolution with the customer, provides status, update staff and management and run reports.
• Filing all technical correspondence and documents and doing all administrative related works and clerical works.
• Making Cash receipts, collecting cash and budgeting sales for the year.
WORKED UNDER Dr NABEEL AL SALEEM FOR QNRF AS ADMIN ASST ON TEMPORARY BASIS AND WAS PART OF QFIRST SCIENCE CONFERENCE 2007 for QMDI as event cordinator. DOING ALL CLERICAL AND ADMIN RELATED JOBS
