Responsible for: Promote a positive image of the Company.
Meet and Greet passengers and communicate engagingly.
Carry out responsibilities of a Tour Director including travelling with the tour group
Providing on-going commentary and be available at all times for customer service
Actively sell Seawings merchandise products and continuously achieve revenue targets
Daily prepare a peactree for Account Department and Inventory of sold products
Assist in check-in, security check, booking confirmation and validation of passenger passport
To make reservations and assist passengers in the process
Collection of payment, cash or credit card
Support operations staff for the entire Seaplane tour experience
