6 Months of intensive Training Program:
•Counseling patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits.

Two months of Internship at Carla’s Good Food as a Quality Controller and data entry in the dietetic clinic.
• Executing and reporting to the internal audit while utilizing essential audit techniques to improve the quality of food offered.
• Monitoring the preparation of food and their different cooking techniques to improve the quality of food and minimize the risk of contamination that may occur.
• Entering data on “Food works” to check the calories present in each recipe and combine new ingredients to find new healthy recipes that are low in fat, low in sugar, and suitable for diabetic people.
• Detecting possible pathogens that may occur at the Diet Center kitchen and possible examples of cross contaminations that may occur with the preventative and corrective actions that should be applied .
• Filling and analyzing the employee hygiene checklist.
• Checking and identifying temperature and humidity cut off points.
• Identifying critical control points of menu items and developing a HACCP plans.
