My experience in career guidance and counseling started five years ago when I joined Waznat, a leading company in counseling / consulting in Lebanese education sector. During my tenure in Waznat, I was responsible for assisting students to discover their personalities, skills as well as capabilities in order to find their ultimate career path and hence which university / college to enroll into.
I also extended my reach to universities, researching all their majors, courses, curriculum, requirements, and accreditations in Lebanon and abroad.
Leveraging on my trilingual background, I handled in due time more than 25 schools with different curriculum types (Lebanese Baccalaureate, French Baccalaureate, American Baccalaureate, IB etc…).
My professional relationship and focal role between students, parents and schools staff & directors was also complemented by training sessions offered to students on soft skills. This helped me closely understand student’s behavioral concerns and approach towards universities, career selection etc.
On a different front, I was given the role of coordinator / project manager representing Waznat in three big projects where I was responsible planning and scheduling training events in different directorates in Lebanon. The fund raising project enriched my networking capabilities as well as ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines

- Trained students from the 4th grade till 12th grade on soft skills and life training programs, such as leaderships skills, communication skills, conflict resolutions, time management, setting priorities, decision making skills, body language
- Delivered more than 200 orientation sessions per academic year to students starting 9th grade till 12th grade. Sessions stressed on discovering students' personalities, preferences, skills and competence.
- Conducted more than 700 One on one counseling sessions per academic year with parents and their children to help students conclude and reach a decision about their adequate career therefore their suitable majors.
- Introduce to students available as well as new majors and professions worldwide.
- Project manager of a fundraising project "Baitna" that takes care of impoverished challenged people.
- Worked as Coordinator and Writer of 2 chapters of a touristic book for more than 22 shrines of Lebanon. The book is published in 2012.
- Worked as coordinator for a joint venture between Caritas Italy/Lebanon and Waznat to deliver Training of Trainers (TOT) programs in 3 big cities in Lebanon for more than 90 trainees.
Accomplishments: Concluded training courses in Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Conflict resolution, Time management, Team Building, Class Management, Six Pillars of Professionalism, and Presenting Skills.
