•Negotiating & securing reinsurance support for the three main territories: Jordan, Kuwait and Egypt during a peak increase in business.
•Calculating the premium rates for potential businesses and comparing to offered rates from reinsurers, guaranteeing the highest level of competitive terms
Negotiating and settling disputed and large claims.
•Training new assistant claims officers and ensuring quality results.
Administering, registering and settling claims for the territories of UAE, Oman and Qatar.
