Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring supply chain strategy including demand planning, procurement, inventory managenent and logistics in order to maximize efficiency and productivity, increase cash flows and inventory returns and audit control.
Worked at Jahra automotive warehouse, Accessories, body shop and PDI operations:
• Mapping and improving batteries and parts warehouse processes (Receiving, Issuing, Binning and Packing), warranty process, wholesale deliveries plan, SKU locations and stock type, housekeeping, safety, PDI staging and accessories installation.
• Introducing and training staff on safety trainings and audit processes, kaizen trainings and projects, lean six sigma courses and projects, housekeeping measures and audit and Gallup engagement activities and feedbacks.
• Conducting motion and time study for setting standards for all activities and analyzing employees productivity.
• Centralizing the procurement processes by sourcing suppliers, contract negotiation, bulk orders, Local purchases ordering and receiving processes using new technologies and delivery applications for Accessories and PDI departments.
Planning the material flow and marketing strategy for tires and batteries brands by analyzing the demand plan, costs, supplier/customer deals, market research, in/outbound logistics and warehouse capacity and KPIs to ensure the supply chain streamline is aligned with the business objectives and impacts the total cost of ownership.
Analyzing corporate HR work flow, trends, and statistical data including payroll administration, record keeping of leaves, over-time, bonuses, increments, deductions, and salary advances, via SAP-HCM.
• Assisting in provision for annual performance appraisals, by forecasting current departmental skill set and KPIs
• Generating periodic reports for top management, including employee turn-over rate, overtime analysis, and productivity estimations, as per given data.
• Working closely with Recruitment, and training departments, to try and maximize process efficiency, along with data accuracy.
