Responsibility for overall planning func on.
• Material Planning to determine raw materials and requirements to
cover produc on(Covering/Kni ng and dipping) demand (
forecas ng and planning orders with procurement team)
• Develop annual produc on plan (Covering/Kni ng and dipping)
based on Budget/Forcast & top line and bo om line through
driving op mal u liza on of plant capaci es, to meet the customer
requirements with perfect order execu on within Midas group.
• Develop monthly, weekly and daily plans(Covering/Kni ng and
dipping) for produc on Based on the annual plan.
• Monitor Plan vs actual & take ac on ( ac on plan) to minimize un-
forecasted varia ons.
• Analyze monthly performance con nuously improve the weekly,
daily Plans and effec ve on- me communica on of such changes
to the opera on team.
• Coordinate with the relevant sec on of the factory, manufacturing
opera ons, Office, sales, Logis cs, warehouse, technical, QA, R&D
& procurement to make sure the finished products are ready to
deliver to the customer in a mely.
• prepper and submit status and performance reports (Plan vs
actual/ weekly report of CH review / Order filling / Budget vs actual
& finance monthly reports)
• Formula ng and deployment of the strategic plan for capacity with
the Group.
• Lead the daily opera on mee ng.
