Alsayegh Media, the first Emirati integrated media agency in the region, starting from a small office in Tecom (Barsha Heights), then evolving to two huge offices in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and managing some of the biggest projects in the UAE and in the region.
My role as a Senior Social Media Executive consists of the following:
- Managing several major private-sector accounts such as Baskin Robbins Middle East, City Centre Clinics, Grand Optics, Emerson, moto Energy Drinks, POLICE, Ajmal Perfumes and others.
- Working with well-known influencers in the region.
- Planning and managing successful on-ground and social media campaigns following the latest trends in the digital world (Facebook live polls, countdowns & live streaming, Twitter Live, Instagram Stories, Snapchat, Periscope, Youtube Live, etc..)
- Writing social media proposals, and pitching them to potential clients.
- Conducting social media trainings to clients and team members.
- Directing the copywriting team to produce the best appealing, well-written content possible.
- Being in direct contact with the client at all times, and conducting weekly meetings to discuss the overall performance of the accounts.
- Social media live coverage of major events in the UAE.
- Writing excellent bilingual content plans.
- Proofreading Arabic and English copies.
- Responsible of directing the design team to produce visuals that follow clients' overall vision and guidelines.
- Social media weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
Working with SOCIALEYEZ, one of the major social media agencies in the country, I was responsible of the following:
- Managing several key social media accounts in the UAE such as MBRF, Dubai Silicon Oasis, - Deyaar Development, Emirates Post Group, Sharjah Airport and others.
- Live coverage of huge events, such as Gitex Tech Week, Knowledge Summit, and many others.
- Responsible of creating monthly and quarterly social media reports for all platforms.
- Creating, planning & executing successful on ground & online activations & campaigns.
- Audience analysis & media buying.
- Responsible of content writing, translation and creative visual ideas.
- Responsible of direct client communication.
- Writing, translating, editing and proofreading content (news, articles, investigations) for maritime specialised magazine "Marasi News".
- Writing, translating, editing, proofreading and designing the content of "Dubai Smart Government Magazine" (DSGM).
-Translating PRs, editorial notes, and other articles from various clients.
- Working as a field journalist, conducting video interviews, and collecting information for news stories and event coverages.
- Networking, and proposing new clients to the agency.
Rephrasing, translating and publishing News Stories from local and global news agencies.
- Responsible of supervising fellow journalism student to achieve the best newspaper content.
- Wrote news stories, investigations, interviews and articles that were highly read by the college's students and
professors.
