My job here is to adjudicate claims given by the providers or the affiliated and accredited hospital throughout the Philippines. It is and HMO/Health Maintenance Organization or Medical Insurance. I analyze the claim in order to figured it out if its for pending, reimbursement, disapproved and approved. I also work with TLs and Supervisors as I am the Assistant Team Leader for the Maroon Team. I lead when the Team Leader is not around. I am the one who help the team if there is any questions or help with the claims they need to process. I also observe them in order to not have any errors processing the claim.
My job here is to call local and international HMO or Medical Insurance accredited and affiliated to the hospital which Cardinal Santos Medical Center. I encode patients information in the system. I also encode their procedures given by the nurse in different department in the ER. I am also the one who gives patient and relative their bills. Answer questions from relatives and patients regarding their insurance. I work with the nurses, doctors and billing in order to process the ER Bill smoothly.
Been able to list in Top 10 every sem in any Course. Been able to participate in Street Dance and Cheerdancing. Also been able to passed 1 try for Defense.
