Oversee technical procurement management in central procurement head office for group of sister companies, including
Petroserv, Quanto Bello, TDGISERV, Oil & Gas. Perform technical assessments for all drawings, details, and BOQ for required
jobs in various projects. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to finalise contracts related to infrastructure and
buildings. Analyse and modify shop drawings, detail drawings, and technical data as needed. Introduce high quality and
cost-effective materials for projects. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate payment terms, determine
best agreement, such as credit, advance payments, CDC, PDC, and L/C. Evaluate and compare costs of all essential
activities against initial tender packages.
Saved company’s money by reviewing project drawings and sourcing alternative, cheaper material based on BOQ.
Spearheaded and completed projects, such as Ashghal infrastructure projects with budgets more than QAR 2B, Dream
Hotel project, Doha, JW Marriott Hotel, Doha, Woldorf Astoria, Doha.
Acted as project manager of interior fit out, including managing design (2D, 3D) shop drawings, BOQ, and detail
drawings for 500 sq offices at Tornado Tower, Doha

Responsible of new shops design and supervision on contractors for all new stores in Lebanon and world wide, doing the design for new stores beginning with the survey and doing the 2D plans and detail drawings, then doing the 3D perspectives using the 3D max and Photoshop programs, then preparing the BOQ and the specifications then doing the bidding phase and doing the supervision on the contractors.
Responsible on the maintenance for all Patchi Lebanon branches. maintenance as mechanical electrical and decoration for Lebanon and international branches
Responsibilities:
. Senior Architect in the main core team of architecture for a 6 millions sqm Project, princess Nora university at Riyad Saudi Arabia. I'm working on the architectural shop drawings and on the steel works for the project. Responsible on the work of four external offices related to our company that doing the studies for the work.
