Prepare and revise documents control and numbering procedures.
§ Prepare Document Control Procedure, and forms for all submissions.
§ Prepare Maintain and update documents control Logs, scan, image and hyperlinks.
§ Receive, store, issue, manage and track company documents.
§ Control, retrieval and archive of superseded documents.
§ Assist Dy. Project Manager and Technical Manager develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes,
correspondence, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
§ Prepare reports and summary of submission (Weekly and Monthly).
Oversee and manage day to day administrative operations.
§ Prepare suitable Administrative forms for multiple processes and procedures.
§ Ensure the distribution of documents is carried out, in electronic formats.
§ Work with the project team member for preparation of all technical submissions. Ensure document manner, as part of
document control process.
§ Ensure all aspects of project documentation are controlled as required (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Materials,
construction deliverables, non-technical documentation, and reports).
