I do workload analysis for UBT to ensure optimum number equal to workload and calculate required manpower number for UBT to run business based on best practice. Support the review & development of HR policies and processes as necessary for the business. Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws. Prepare manpower inventory and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person. Conduct training needs analysis and executed a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget. Render expertise in updating job descriptions. Provide training to UBT co-op students and students from other universities then I send the evaluation form to their supervisors.
• Identify current & future manpower requirements and recommend long & short-term Manpower plans taking into account projected growth & expansion of various Functions/ departments.

 Involved in establishing and put the sitting of goals and performance management by oracle system as well as
training the top management how to use it.

Collaborate with other team members to recommend external specialists (tutors, therapists, medical doctors, and speech
therapists). Prepared and forwarded monthly and yearly reports to the center advisor in order to keep track of the center
operation. Acted as resource center for the student, families, faculty member, and other UBT staff in field of student support.
Performed and reviewed tasks requested by UBT administration (Quality, finance, PR) in order to achieve UBT strategic goals.
