• Troubleshoot complex problems, research potential resolution and assist customers accordingly using email, phone or remote meeting independently or in a team environment
• Offer Developer-to-Developer assistance for any technical queries
• Quick understanding of any new Technology based upon urgency and business impact
• Handling On-Premise/Cloud Severity 1 issues and providing quick resolution for recovery. Maintaining ownership until everything is resolved
• Work with other engineers and developers to develop creative solutions for the customers, including feature requests and fixes
• Demonstrate product to the evaluators in a live remote session
• Comprehend customer's use-case, architecture, deployment and technology to suggest the best product features
• Assisting customers in the Product upgrade in all environments (DEV, UAT, Production)
• Understand customer's complete architecture and recommend optimal product integration with their application in an Architectural Session
