• Standardization of departments, KPI’s and Job descriptions
across all stations
• Work on modifying, designing, implementing and
communicating organization structure across the network.
• Assess business needs and make recommendations to design
and implement Organization Development (OD) initiatives
and tools to enhance the effectiveness of employees,
managers, teams, and departments for career development
• Facilitate the performance management cycle and
promotion assessments ensuring e adherence to schedule.
• Design, development, delivery and communication of
employee engagement/experience programs.
• HR Dashboard: Collate data from various HR teams across
stations to conduct analysis and prepare HR reports.
• Provides recommendations for talent processes that
promote internal development and growth
• Implement and maintain standardized HR policies and
procedures
• Design and develop company branding campaigns
• Design automation plans for HR Processes.
