• Evaluate and document vendor’s delivery performance in coordination with end users.
• Monitor compliance to procurement policies and procedures.
• Supervise the progress of the fabrications/productions/delivery of ordered goods/services and keep end users informed of any event that may result in late delivery (Alert notices).
• Develop productive relationships with others in the procurement function.
• Work with supply chain resources to ensure supplier furnished materials/services are free from defects, and address quality issues with supplier furnished materials.
• Prepare and Review purchase order claims and agreements for conformance to company policy.
• Orient, educate and train fresh employees, acquaint them with their specific responsibilities, communicate in clear terms what is expected from them, and introduce them to the institution’s vision and mission statement.
• Manage the development and performance of the procurement support team at sites.
• Prepare and ensure purchase orders/service agreements are complete, issued and acknowledged.
