Sea, Air and Land freight operations plus contract logistics.

Manage and prepares quarterly reports on update of business development and objectives.

Oversees the day-day programs and operations activities.
Largely accountable for managing all phases of a high-volume supply chain and logistics operation to guarantee reliable high-level service quality and customer fulfillment, profitable, cost efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and measures.
P&L responsibility GR, NR, AR, EBITDA and other targets.
Maximize profitability through superior customer service.
Reviews AR/AP reports and resolves discrepancies.
Continue strive for process optimization for improving operation productivity and data quality.
Obtains competitive freight rates.
Utilize effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting staff and senior management.
Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational docs.
Work with senior management to develop business plans and goals.
Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecasts for departments.
Guarantee adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
Confirm directives, rules and procedures are communicated to all staff.
Ensure freight movements are executed in safely & timely manner.
Maintain a professional and safe working environment by inspecting and scheduling maintenance, ensuring office and warehouse equipment are properly accounted for and in safe working condition.
Train and certify new employees on all performances standards
Manage, support, and direct sales and development departments and to develop and generate new business opportunities. Adding to this I am the key person who’s responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids. Reporting to CEO.

Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
Maintain the Business Development databases.
Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.
Lead, direct and manage a high-volume freight operation Ensure reliable staff performance and execution on delivering required level of service.
Review various reports daily ensuring operation productivity and data quality.
Conduct performance reviews for all staff, and perform other duties as needed.
