-Establish a Documentation for Training and Service inside the datacenter as well As in the university
Setup, Operate and Maintain of Critical Windows/Linux based Server Environment
-Setup, Operate and Maintain Storage and Server Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, OTRS, Moodle, Ldap, Webserver, firewall, Getaway, Proxy, Nagios and Mail server e.t.c)
-Provide fast and accurate troubleshooting
-Active Directory and LDAP Safely administer User Account
-Establish and enforce different ICT related use standards and policies
-Redesign and installation of a datacenter. (Install racks, UPS, servers, Network Devices and others\]
-Establish a documentation for all servers and Service inside the datacenter as well As in the university.
-Support other system administrators And junior system Administrator
-Support o multi-location ID infrastructure for several thousands of users.
-Give frontline customer support for customers in different location with automated helpdesk systems (OTRS (Open Source Ticker Request system))
