The role which I hold in the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia is monitoring the day to day activities of the works of Federal Courts, ranking from First Instance to Supreme Court. While doing my job, I use checklists that can be filled by the observed performances of the courts. All in all it is a kind of supervision. The datas that are gathered through the observations are compiled and help do a quarterly report.
