- My roles included complete management of the entire farm enterprise when my employer was vacant, which included daily tasks that had to be carried out to increase productivity.
- Each morning I would have to assess the quantity of grass in each field, make a management call and decide where was most suitable for the herd to go to. This job entailed a large amount of pressure and stress as a poor judgement call could cause a knock-on effect of decreased milk production.
- One role which I was involved in was designing, planning and installing a complete CCTV camera system for the farm to improve security and awareness
