Job Description:
➢ Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
➢ Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel
to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
➢ Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and
performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
➢ Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
➢ Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time
requirements; sequencing project elements.
➢ Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving
problems.
➢ Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes;
recommending actions.
➢ Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
➢ Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
recommending actions.
➢ Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
➢ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
➢ Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
➢ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
➢ Attends to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters relating to
the project operation and co-ordination.
Supervises the overall site works related to supervision and installation of the entire Electrical
Installation; including Testing and commissioning of all systems.
➢ Attends to all design and technical meetings with Consultants, main contractors and system
specialists to ensure all aspects and requirements were all taken care
➢ Attends to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters relating to
the project operation and co- ordination
➢ *Has General knowledge of design, material and construction, international QA/QC standards and
procedures. QS functions for design, material and construction processes
➢ Has a good knowledge of Project Management, Cost control, Cost Estimation
➢ Monitor the project for quality and good workmanship
➢ Prepares QA/QC plans and reports, schedules work inspections and testing
➢ Has excellent knowledge and skills in inspection and troubleshooting complex electrical systems,
specification of switchgear, transformers and management aspects of the project
➢ Is accountable to carry out engineering project proposals until successful completion according to
standards approved design and budget
➢ Responsible for Health, Safety and environmental standards and able to perform the project
manager's responsibility
➢ knowledgeable in auto cad operation
Managing operation of Electric arc furnace 100t VAi Germany
➢ Maintain 90 percent of good quality of chemical composition
➢ Operate quantum robotic gunning materials
➢ Monitoring of HMI, water cooling system, 90mva on load transformer
➢ Supervised housekeeping
➢ Maintain and service compressors, chillers, forklifts, LV and HV substations and special purpose
machines
➢ Lead and control manpower
➢ Assist the production team during major mechanical breakdowns
➢ Has in-depth knowledge in panel board, PLCs and drives
➢ Troubleshooting of PLC and drive problems
➢ Troubleshooting of electronic problems
