- The company has developed the largest aqua-park in all South-Eastern Europe, the largest indoor kids park in Romania and is now working on 3 other projects
- Responsible for all the IT infrastructure, from architecture to project planning and development to operations and finally maintenance
- Performing IT acquisitions, negotiating and maintaining relations with contractors and suppliers
- Identifying IT needs, evaluating costs and planning projects accordingly, directing works, developing solutions for problems, working with other key persons in the technical fields in order to assure cohesion in the final results of contractor works and reduction of costs
- Creating the company IT infrastructure and ensuring service delivery, user training, maintenance and support for:
- Windows workstations and servers, AD domain, Exchange mail server, endpoint security, other network servers and complementary policies;
- network gateways, network security, network infrastructure and Wi-Fi deployments;
- virtualized VMware vSphere environment;
- backup and DR systems and procedures;
- implementing the new ERP platform, park ticketing system, access control system and digital signage system;
- Calculating operational expenses and forecasting the IT budget
- Creating and implementing the operational procedures regarding IT operations within the company
- Creating and maintaining IP surveillance camera solutions installed on the premises, maintaining the IT part of industrial automations, fire detection system and PA system.
- Sales and presales, key account management, solution definition and budget estimation
- Maintenance of relations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Implementation of IT Projects and POCs using different technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and related server technologies, Citrix XenServer, XenApp, XenDesktop, Wise Thin Clients, VMware
- Support for existing customers both on the technical part and also regarding resource and knowledge transfer
- Installation of servers, workstations, storage devices, network devices and other hardware equipment
- Patch management, deployment and management of security software and centralized antivirus systems.
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting and support with servers and more than 800 workstations maintained;
- Development of IT solutions and performing user training
- Maintained current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
- Monitored and maintained technology to ensure maximum availability
- Maintained log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
- Made recommendations about purchase of technology resources
- Provided network access to all staff and students
- Installed server and workstations, connected and set up various hardware
- Loaded and installed all required software
- Provided network accounts and passwords as required
- Monitored security of all technology
- Advised staff of security breaches and/or change in security status.
