New Doha International Airport EPC Project (CP13) which involves and not limited to: Airport utilities covering Substations, Central utility plant building, Waste water treatment plant & Infrastructure works.
• Managed the Quality Department by implementing the Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System Manual. Established the company’s policy and objectives in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 requirements.
• Coordinated and arranged internal audits and management review meetings to maintain the ISO certification of the organization.
• Managed the preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements based on international codes and standards such as QCS, BS, NFPA, IBC, etc; and have performed the inspection of materials, construction activities, and third party tests based on ASTM and other testing standards.
• Managed the preparation of the QA/QC turnover documentation and made sure that the subcontractors’ qualifications and documentation conform to the Project Quality Plan.
• Developed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to weigh and analyze the output of the works, in comparison with the goals set by the company to attain customers’ satisfaction as stated in ISO standard 9001:2008 (Section 8).
• Worked on improved strategies to close out all Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 (Section 8.3).
• Chaired meetings with the client for punch list and project closeout as called for in the contract.

• Contributed in the administration of project construction phases as defined in the contract between the owner, designer and contractor.
• Involved in the study and review of specifications and drawings in accordance with the contract requirements and local authorities such as Qatar Civil Defence (QCDD) and Ministry of environment (MOE).
• Monitored the activities related to the field Red-markup of drawings and preparation of As-built dossiers.
• Kept Team Leaders informed of construction-related issues and progress. Ensured feedback from the field is incorporated into the improvement of office procedures and standards.
• Established a business that provides Engineering and Architectural services, by setting up the design basis and drafting standards based on international codes
• Managed the process of preparation of conceptual designs and shop drawings for buildings and structures
Worked on two Oil & Gas EPC Projects: Qatar Gas II Development Project (QGII) and North East Bab (NEB) for ADCO
• Designed pipe racks, platforms, pipe bridges, pipe supports, substations and instrument rooms in accordance with various codes and standards such as ASD, LRFD, UBC, ACI, ASCE, etc. using STAAD Pro. And Foundation / Mat 3D software.
• Ensured that the design and construction meet all quality requirements by arranging and leading quality tours & meetings.
• Reviewed technical submittals, while making sure that all materials conform to specifications and ASTM requirements.
Contributed in the awarding of numerous proposals and tenders such as 640 Villas for Emaar properties Dubai, Light Industrial Units Dubai, Le Meridien Hotel Fujairah, and other industrial and residential projects.
• Estimated various types of RCC and steel structure tenders, such as residential and industrial buildings.
• Surveyed material quantities based on guidelines set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and International Federation of Surveyors (FIG)
• Negotiated with clients and consultants for tender awarding and assisted in the preparation of contract documents.
