o Responsible for the ICT duties of the project offices.

o Set up the voice communication in the office premises such that each office had an extension phone line for easy communications with the help of PBAX box configurations.
o Troubleshoot problems faced by user of IT facility on different software platforms
o Keep track of the virus preventions and necessary measures to keep high level of IT security in the office.
o Setup e-mail accounts for staff members on out-look express for easy communication
o Keep track of all the ICT devices in the offices
