Product Manager for Tangible products such as Electric Generators, Barbeques, and Camping products. I oversaw the development and management of the products by creating the purchasing, marketing, in-store display, and pricing strategies to achieve the company targets. During this time I also oversee intangible products such as Warranties, assistance, cell phone plans, life miles, and life insurance. Responsible to report weekly sales and results to the general manager to take decisions aligned with the company strategy.
Purchase Planner, I was responsible for compiling and analyzing the company data to determine and create the store supply strategy. Responsible for consolidating and validating the proper use of suppliers' monetary funds. Responsible to analyze sales and other data to validate company KPI to identify areas of improvement and the Product Manager's performance. Responsible to generate weekly performance and sales presentations for General Manager to create the weekly company strategy.
Responsible for the commercial department, in charge of a group of vendors. Approval of sales budgets and prices, production orders, continuous tracking of production orders, measurement of KPI of the commercial and production department, Data and results in analysis.
