New designs-15 Building projects worth $ 500 million;
Rehabilitation- 4 Projects Worth, $ 20 Million;
Renovation or maintenance-7 Projects Worth $ 8 Millions
Conducted Conditional survey for the Old Boma building
(Historical) for Regional Commissioner Offices in
Morogoro regional and Supervised the entire rehabilitation works in 2008/09.
The project was completed two weeks early and 5% under budget.
