Position; Driver/ Operation Supervisor.
Duties and responsibility;
* Drive an automobile in personally transporting executive traveling on official business to specific locations
* Check road conditions, plan routes and estimate driving time to specific locations
* Report apparent major malfunctions and needed repairs to appropriate supervisory or maintenance staff.
* Training new driver on keeping daily records, maintenance of vehicle tool kits, customer care on arrival at airport and on other errands.
* Allocation of vehicles to designated drivers
* Keeping written records of trips, millage of all the vehicles and making and ensuring all are up to date i.e. insurance stickers by laws & music copy right.
* Taking and giving reports to the operation manager in good time
* Ensure safety and security of all vehicle at all given time and availability of all emergency tools
* Delivery of invoices, mails, credit notes, collection of payment & mails from clients and any other documentation assigned to me by operations manager

Duties: Making routing hardware and software checks and upgrade, maintenance, monitoring, recording, repair, of desktops and Printers (HP), networking and all related services.
