Installing/Maintaining, testing and repairs of Low Voltage(LV), Medium Voltage(MV) and High Voltage(HV) Electrical
Equipment’s like Circuit Breakers, Switchgears, Transformers, Distribution boards and Electrical Panels etc.
* Installation/Maintenance, testing and repairing of Electrical Motors, Controllers and its protecting devices like, Motor
Starters, ( Direct online, Star-Delta, Soft Starter, Forward/Reverse Starter etc.) Controllers, Contactors, Overload
Relays, Timers, Circuit breakers, Fuses, Electronic Control Systems, Isolators and Switchgear Components etc.
* Perform basics maintenance on PLC, handling machine installations, commissioning, machine troubleshooting and
repairs of industrial electrical control panels, and electronic boards. Tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits
in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes to
ensure compatibility and safety of system according to the maintenance schedule and all safety and standard operating
procedure.
* Carryout maintenance and troubleshoot industrial electrical faults, and create a clear plan of action for fixing them
* Good knowledge in PLC Logic and Automated Control System. Possesses a good understanding of basic machine
control, which include induction motors control using AC Drives, hydraulic/pneumatic and valve control.
* Plan and coordinate the maintenance \{Electrical & Electronics\} activities in the factory and ensure there is no
breakdown or disturbance in the production processes
* Ensure that installed machinery and fitting are constantly maintained and repaired for operational capacity utilization
* Design and implement a preventive maintenance program that will ensure the achievement of planned production
targets using the most cost-effective strategies
* Carrying both electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance and repair on Serra Packaging Machines RS 250,
Indumak Bundler Machines and Bagging Machines etc.
* Deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing Processes and maintenance on Salt Refinery Machines
* Carrying out designs and installations on Electrical Power and Motor Control Panels using calculation Software and
coordinate regular routine inspections and ensuring the upkeep and functionality of all the production machines
* Make calculations for load requirements for electrical circuits and choose appropriate size and grade components
* Installing/Maintaining, replacing and repairs of electrical wiring, receptacles, switches, conduits, feeders, lighting
fixtures, Busbar and other Electrical Components
* Installing/Maintenance of Electrical VFDs (Variable frequency drives) in packaging Machines
* Installation/Maintenance of Compressors, Gas Generators, Diesel Generators and Electricity Distribution Equipment.
* Generate a daily report on all electrical faults reported.
* General maintenance of the plant Vibrating feeder, Conveyors, Crushers, Centrifuge, Grinding mill, Fluid Bed Dryer,
Extraction Fan, Cooling Fan. Burner etc.
* Perform preventive maintenance on machinery/electrical equipment and control circuitry to insure proper operation.
* Laying, arranging, measuring, cutting, bending wire and conduits, gladding and termination of electrical cables using
Electrical Diagram etc.
* Provide technical guidance and support as the team installs, maintains, and repairs Electrical Systems
* Ensuring safety standards and compliance codes are met, and oversee the training and scheduling of workers
* Prepare shift, weekly and monthly report and direct the work of all employees in the maintenance unit
* Maintaining Electrical Equipment’s such as welding Machines, grinding machines, Blowing Machines etc
* Utility improvement implementation and 5s implementation.
Carrying out Cable termination of HV/LV Transformers, Electric motors, Electrical panels, Switches, Circuit breakers,
Contactors, Relays, Starter using Electrical Diagram etc.
* Carrying out new installation and construction works i.e. construction and laying of cable trays, ladders and ducts,
connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components and assemble conduits both
galvanized and PVC and connect wiring through them.
* Laying, arranging, measuring, cutting, bending wire and conduit, gladding and termination of Electrical Cables using
Electrical Diagram
* Designs, assemble and Installation of Electrical Panels (Power & Control Panels and distribution Panels etc.
* Wiring power and control circuits
Installation/Maintenance and Repairing of Electrical Motors, Motor Controllers and its protecting Devices (Starters)
such as Contactors, Overload Relays, Timers, Circuit breakers, electronic control systems on relays, isolators and
other switchgear components. Electrical Panels
* Maintaining and repairs of all Rig Electrical Equipment and systems which include: Electric Motors, Generators,
Transformers, drilling systems, Cranes electrical systems, lighting fixtures, alarms, Fuse and Switches etc
* Installs, Operates, Maintains and Repairs low, Medium and High Voltage Electrical Equipment’s
* Installation/Maintenance of AC/DC Motors,
* Knowledge of Industrial and Personnel Safety, Housekeeping
* Maintenance on Electrical Diesel Generators(EDG), Solar Panels and Batteries
* Installation/Maintenance on Safety, Emergency, Normal and Flood Lights System
* Troubleshooting Electrical Faults, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance
* Daily Inspection (Routine and None Routing Checks)
* Reading and interpreting Electrical drawing, blueprints and electrical codes specification, Maintenance on Navaid
Lights System
* Maintenance on Life Boats, Rescue Boats and Survival Crafts
* Preventive Maintenance on Cranes& hoists and others various power generations and distribution equipment’s like;
switchgear, Electric motors, pumps, transformers, busbar etc.
* Inspecting and testing of equipment according to checklists, clean and replace defective or worn part etc.
* Carry out workshop overhauls of Electrical Equipment’s include, stripping down units, changing parts, replacing
electronic cards and bench testing equipment before re-installation. Maintenance of various electrical equipment’s and
domestic appliances such as Kitchen ranges, dishwashers, hot water boilers, washing machines, onboard
entertainment systems and ensuring that all function correctly.
