My duties include:
Working autonomously and with a team of consultants to find the best candidates for the assigned positions and working as a team to improve the business and the reputation of SmartVenture.
Sourcing and headhunting candidates directly from job boards, LinkedIn and through advertis-ing.
Interviewing and screening candidates over the phone and face to face to establish suitability for positions.
Recruiting senior level and mid-level management roles, in addition to junior/entry level posi-tions.
Playing a key role in business development and building client relationships.
Candidate management - arranging and scheduling all interviews and keeping candidates up-dated throughout the process to ensure excellent candidate experience.
Offer management - delivering and negotiating all offers with clients and candidates.

Duties include:
• Working in a very busy and popular café series, making fresh yeast free sourdough, various sandwich breads, burger buns, English muffins bagels etc.
• Handling ordering and stock takes, editing and sending invoices, baking bread to an elite standard ready for retail and sale in both kitchens, keeping the kitchen in an immaculate condition and adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
Duties include:
• Working in a much respected Farm Shop in the butchery department.
• Adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations, completing tasks in a timely manner, serving customers needs and demands.
• Preparing meat to a very high standard ready for retail and keeping the department clean and tidy.
