-Calculation and preparation of budgets for construction of buildings through the analysis of unit prices.
-Planning of daily activities according to the Gantt chart of the works and preparation of progress reports.
-Drawing designs of structural details according to the architectural information.
Formal education at Rafael Urdaneta University located in Maracaibo, Venezuela, where i first start my studies in construction and engineering. I developed my interest about working on field in the middle of my career while i was coursing "Inspection" where the teacher took us to a several types of constructions and described everything we need to know about security and structural details. I graduated as an Civil Engineer in 5 years and my internship was in the construction of a mall. The most interesting stage on this project was the initial underground excavation and the pile driving. Finally, i worked on my thesis in the design of a excentric foundation in a very specific and unusual situation with different loading configuration and the evaluation of it`s results.
