As the direct client communication leader at Merino Agency, I led communication efforts with Tier 1 clients such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SAP, and Microsoft on behalf of the agency. My responsibilities included identifying client requirements and scoping out projects, coordinating with agency suppliers, assigning tasks to the creative team, and setting and monitoring project deadlines and budgets. Additionally, I took charge of event planning and regularly prepared management reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
My main responsibility was to lead the logistics of travel and open new destinations. This included controlling the budget, monitoring timelines, and driving sales. Additionally, I provided support to the communication area, developing new projects to enhance the passenger experience and attract more sales.

- Implemented the e-commerce platform, streamlining the purchase process for the company's products and services and enhancing customer experience.

As a Project Assistant, my main responsibilities included planning and tracking objectives, creating and executing budgets, generating reports, and managing strategic alliances.
