•Conducts initial checkout to newly assigned FI
•Conducts flight Training without restriction-Basic and Advanced
•Approves and supervises solo flights
•Signs on the license of trainees when released for solo
•Conducts briefing and debriefing of trainees.

Prepares Senior Pilot trainees for area and cross-country solo flight.
Releases senior pilot trainees for solo flight up on the approval of authorized flight instructor.
Supervises simulator training for trainees under the supervision of authorized flight instructor.
Prepares daily flight training schedule.
Conducts fundamentals of flight training for trainees.
•Making sure the safety and quality of trainings are met.
•Coach Associate Flight Instructors
•Plan daily flight schedules with the scheduler
•Making sure briefings and de-briefings are done before and after flight respectively
Designing, planning, optimizing and performing all relevant tasks of radio and microwave transmission network.
On site supervision of the Network infrastructure deployment, configuration and functionalities testing of optical transmission equipments like ZTE's WDM and SDH equipment.
Activities and Societies: MU SOTA IT club Networking Initiative active member.
